need help for merging 2 houses

hi, i thx in advance any hint you could give me.

I have 2 smalls plots in luna 1 next to the other , so i can demolish them and mke a bigger one.

The problem i have is, what method is the more secure to do it? i have thought in 2 posibilities :

- First one, demolish both and place the bigger plot.

- Second, demolish one and use the "i wish to resize my house", i havent use this before so i dont know how secure it is.

If you think there more options to consider, ill be gratefull to read them.

I would say to do the 2nd option. Also, Im sure you have thought this, just make sure that you do this at a very dead time so noone places when you drop the other house.

1 doubt i have, i know when theres and idoc , you cant place for some time.

But that rule doesnt affect is you demoslih a house right?
