[Discussion] Need help completing a Halloween/Trick or Treat item list

The holiday item thread is a bit outdated, so I was wanting some input to try and fill in the gaps!

So far I understand that:

In 2006 we had apples, licorice and rock candy in 1 colour each. We also had the 9th anniversary items.


In 2009 we had the pumpkin scarecrow, ruined tapestry, black cat

But everything else im lost about. Can someone help fill in this list, and put dates in? I'd really appreciate it!

Oh, also for 2009 there were those giant spawning pumpkins/jack-o-lanterns, and for one of the older years there was a rare item called "jawbreaker gum". I'm not sure when, though.
