Need for Legendary stealth?

Is there really need for Legendary stealth if your character uses only Meddable armor? Atleast it seems that I succeed in stealthing everytime even with this GM stealth.

I'm making this very complicated thief and every skillpoint counts

I wouldn't bother with it personally. I found it to be a waste of the extra skill points so invested them elswhere. Stealth is proper ****e these days anyways. Even with 120 you often get passively revealed by players. That coupled with the fact that stealing is pretty much usless made me give up on stealing. Can make 500x the money in less time partaking in other naughty activities

It's hard to make 500x the price of that 120 Magery I stole in less the time.

Ignore the naysayers. It's a great class if you know how to play it right.
Don't move in too early, and be wary of the Elf people.
That's what makes it tough, the Elves.

And yes, 120 Stealth means less reveals and you can run a little longer while stealthing...umm, that's about it.
My thief has 90'ish.

If skill points are tight then you could easily run 90 stealth with either a set of assassin armor or shadow dancer legs and burglar bandana.

If you intend to join the faction bandwagon and raid bases with your thief, I'd suggest going 120. I don't have it myself, but every time I get tracked by a human with no skill in tracking, or revealed by a damned nox field or earthquake, I wish I had it.

It can be a big help with champ spawn thieving, as well.

You can really cheapen out and just go with invis items, though. Reveal, click ring, and you're just dandy.

I've not seen much difference in Passive Reveal with 75 stealth (minimum not to fail a check) and 120.
