Need Dev Assistance: Puzzle reward stuck in backpack

Puzzle reward...Goes right into my backpack. The thing cannot be moved, and makes me completely overweight!

I cant even move....and Id like to keep my reward!

You might want to drop dropping some other stuff you have on you. I can see a LOT of weight just from your pic.


On a side note, how the hell do you play with a backpack that messy? That would drive me nuts.

Well yea....I emptied my pack of course and can move....

But I still cant move it, and I still cant get it out of my bag

I guess you'll need to call a GM, I do wish you goodluck, I needed ingame assistance and they were actually extremely helpful!

Use a Bag of Sending to move it to your bank box until they fix the bug. I already got two and reported this bug last week.
