I started the spell weaving quest and can not get into exodus dungeon evry way I have tried is blocked by rocks Im offering a 250000 check to anyone who is willing to take the few minutes to guide me there

I don't play there or I would. Just go to Ilsh Honor, go north along the mountains and go in the cave there. Head through the little encampment there and go towards the desert. On the far side of the desert after passing the Gargoyle town area there will be a rockslide. You can teleport over those rocks by using the teleport spell. At least you could yesterday, I assume you still can today.

I guess that is the issue then Im not a mage and cant teleport

You can buy some teleport scrolls if you need to teleport.

I didn't realise this area was blocked! When did that happen?

I wondered if bracelets of binding might work in Ilsh but a Google search suggests not :/ guess it's teleport scrolls then, you might need a few as it's tricky finding the right spot!
