Need a weapon made

Looking for someone to make me a weapon. Quote me a price if you can make something similar:

Boomerang or Cyclone (Garg Throwing)
MUST HAVE: Spell Channeling, Mage Weapon (-20), Hit lightning (50%)
WOULD BE AWESOME TO HAVE: Hit Mana Leech (something high), HCI (something high)

your on legends,im also on legends with a 120 imbuing toon. I just did a sword with sc,mw-20,dc15,hl50, and that was a maxed whepon after, so i know 4 maxed out props will fit.also ill keep a eye out for you on guild roster

I actually already made it for him,
I made a boomerang with 120 Imbue

SC, MW -29 (some reason it wouldnt go lower than -29) Hit lightning 50%, HML 20% and failed too many times when I attempted to add a HCI to it so we left it at 4 ( it was burning too many relic frags to keep trying)
