Depending on what they came off of, a mage might be able to help you.

I actually just use Magic Unlock and then telekenises to open some of my chests.
I.e. Cyclopeans, Ettins, Trolls.

I completely forgot i posted about a lockpicker, but they're open now... no good loot either!
