Need a little help

I have not logged into the game for about 6 months. So today, when I logged in I found that I had lost a lot of the UI. I tried using Pinco's and with the UO launcher. In both cases, all I have is one task bar which is empty. I cannot open the backpack, or populate the task bars. My house signs do not work. I have only one hot key functional (w). Escape brings up the usual gump, and through that I can open the preferences gump. However this gump will not accept any changes in either launcher. Thus I cannot automatically populate the first task bar with Pinco's. I cannot zoom in and out with the scroll wheel because I cannot set the default. Double clicking the backpack on the paperdoll does nothing. This is just a sample of what is going on.

When I first logged in, the game updated to 87 with no problem. Likewise Pinco's updated with no problem.

Any suggestions?

I don't use the EC. Maybe just start a new account?

We have a new default UI that pinco helped design so for now use the default , back up your character files delete them from the folder then let it repopulate when you log in with the new default! then you can copy your macros back or create new ones!
