wild staff don't sell well, that weapon is considered clean, people want clean on splinter weps, (cursed, antique, cannot repair are dirty mods for splinter weps, brittle, 50stone and 125str req is also dirty mod but some people don't mind it)
with splints you want to have a hit spell, for example, what you have there with 40+ fb, harm or lightning,
or 30+ hit lower defence.

sorry to say that weapon there is not worth anything, you should unravel for relic.
