How would it do in PvP? PvM?

And what adjustments would I need for it to be successful?

I'd do:

120 Swords
100 Tactics
100 Spirit Speak
100 Necromancy
100 Poisoning
100 Meditation
100 Resist Spells

That is 720 skill points.

Your weakness will be healing, but stick with vamp form and spirit speak best you can. Poisoning got a huge buff last patch and added that with high DPS necro and your set.

GM Tact
GM Anat
GM Necro
GM SS
GM Focus
GM Healing

Works just fine in PvM, his only real weak spot in PvP is Mana Vampire. Uses Dart Box for Paralyze.
If i wanted to, i could drop Healing and Anat, for Resist and Parry. For PvM, that is.
