Necro scroll skill requirements

Casting magery spells from scrolls lowers the difficulty by two circles. But what about necro scrolls?
The thing is, that I want to go into lich form (for mana reg). The spell needs 70 skill. But how much do I need, if I cast it from a scroll?

unfortunatly you cannot cast necro spells from a scroll. You can however jewel and item up to enough skill to cast it .you will have to keep the items on to stay in that form.
