Necro Glasses - Necro Regs

Helloooo!

I'm going to get the necro glasses for my t-hunter/tamer and just wondering (once I've gathered the money!) who sells necro regs except the necros in Umbra? Is there anywhere, and are there faction vendors which sell them?

There aren't any faction necro reg vendors, but in the towns that are faction controlled the NPC vendors might be at a lower price than their Tram/Malas counterparts. It's only cheaper by 1gp per on average, but it works out to a lot over a few hundred k's worth of regs...
