I think this was an anti-farm initiative. Her original respawn rate was over 20 min. 7 min is the current respawn rate and it is ok. I personally would like a 3 min respawn timer.
Just as a suggestion, you could take the interceding time, walk back out the way you came in, and kill some lesser spawn for a bit. There's really no need to speed up her timer. Yes, Slasher respawns faster. Good luck soloing Slasher. The same cannot be said for Navrey.
It is a 7 min respawn and it is stupid. It was put in to try to limit the amount of drops. However, if the devs had any sense they would simply make the drops happen 1/2 as often and keep the at autorespawn. Sitting around for 7 min in between is a waste of time and the primary reason I don't do it. I can go do a champ spawn for max things to kill and keep me engaged.
There are several stupid timers in the game:
- Navery
- Bod Turn in 5 second timer (can't turn another in for like 5 seconds or it bounces in your pack)
- Buy an animal from stablemaster timer (no one is really making cash selling pack animals)
- Shadow guy that drops the black robe in the Abyss
If anything, Slasher's spawn rate should be lowered to Navery's, to give one time to loot.
And Cora's spawn rate should probably be increase to that of Navery.
For that matter Cora should be reworked entirely but that's neither here nor there.
Basically Navery's spawn rate is: Corpse decays, it respawns within like a minute. (Feels that way anyway.) Really there's nothing bad about that. It may be solo-able but it's still in some sense a boss encounter, right down to solving a puzzle to do some good extra damage and make the fight easier.

Nav is solable. I soloed her with a chiv archer and super slayer bow. I had to run like crazy and with pots and banade and chiv healing macros set right and some combined could survive. Invis pots are your friend btw when attemtping this without a sammy charcter on a shard. I also had to figure out the puzzle which did the extra damage to her.

Iron Beatles!! just go up and kill a few of them the scales they drop are a quest item of some difficulty to obtain in quantity for the alcamist quest in tel mur armor up (vial of armor essence +10% dmg absorbtion for 10 min for a pet) i know its not that big a deal but if you want to do the pure valorite quest this quest is handy to get to the proper teir. also lucky coins why not grab a pair of soles now and then! also the shroud of the condemed this morning i went in killed 1 nav got a tangle in my pack ;D went out and killed the guy that drops the shroud and got one ;D nice all in under 10 min i cant complain. i try to do 2 or 3 runs a day when i have time and it works fine if your going to to chain 50 nav i can see your point in wanting the timer removed but eh you should go fight something else now and again.! and slasher not that hard to solo ;P just takes to long.

The puzzle gets changed up every day usually, rarely is it the same two days in a row....as for soloing her, it is extremely fast with a Mystic/Mage/SW.
