I can't log into Pacific, Catskills or SP.
Confirmed... I can not connect to any of the west coast servers.

Sonoma still down, what's going on, isn't this prime play time and all or a lot of the shards go down?
I can ping Sonoma with response, strange, ping normal. Not your usual one shard server drop and I spose the devs are on holiday too.

Sonoma is up for me at present, though on the second login there was a pause of 10 seconds before the character selection screen. When it takes more than a few seconds, I start worrying when the first login was fine.
I checked it before I got in the car this morning. Took a while for one account to log in but another seemed fine on Napa.
Would you like the honest answer:
'Server failed we lost all data on that server. There is no Napa Valley server. Napa is gone period. We are in the process of looking for a backup but we don't have much control over backups using the new cloud servers. But don't worry we will find something.'
