(Player News) Named Skeletons Exchange

I have started a Named Skeleton exchange at the player center. There are three labeled chest to put players skeletons in. Put in skeletons that aren't yours that you have found and take the ones that are yours. I'll try to have books listing the skeletons found in the chest dropped daily with runes to the center.
The center is on the road west of Umbra, 1st building in UMP Town
