I have to change the name of a char.
This char is on the account of the house, is a mule and it has locked and secured all things in the house.
1) If i change his name all secures are unlocked?
2) Can it unlocked all things also if his name is changed?

Nothing will be changed for you only the characters name.

All secures they like they are and your character can do the same thing like before the name was changed.

If the character has a PBD on an item the name is the same till it is removed and place on a new item. then it will have the Blessed For New Name.

Your characters name is nothing more then an item you wear. As an example. The spell Incognito changes your name for the duration of the spell. On a crafter that random generated name will be the crafted by on GM made items.

The own by for your house will remain in the old name till it has a new owner. Would be nice if a custom house that is remodeled would carry the character name on the account that last did the customization.
