Name Change/ Personal Bless Deed

I have a couple questions regarding using a name change token on a toon that has a personal bless deed (the type that says "blessed for >insert character name<". My questions are as follows:

#1- If i use a name change token on this toon will the personal deed still work?

#2- Also if the deed works will it say the new name of the toon?

2) Yes, it changes to the new name.
