Beautification Project​

I plan to introduce a City Beautification Proposal to our King for approval entitled the “N.M.T Beautification Project” for the City of New Magincia. The project would normally be managed by the City Council but since it is not yet established you are all stuck with my management skills...sorry

For Christmas we had citizens from around the realm grow elephant ear plants which we “mutated” into a Realm Wide Community Christmas Tree in the center of New Magincia. Instead of tossing the tree with all its name engravings into the Ribbon Clan Den down in the abyss, we will be “mutating” the tree back into individual elephant ear plants and then mutating them once again into smaller trees to brighten up our city streets.

I also plan to introduce a Special Option for Guilds, Cities, Townships, Entities, and Groups to choose called the “Community Tree Option” where they will be able to purchase a Tree “mutated” with elephant ear plants grown only by their own people. The price for this type of tree will be between 5 and 10 million gold pieces which will be deposited directly into the city treasury by the purchaser.
