mythic master disaster, reactivating old account ?s

So I used to play uo several years ago and I'm trying to reactivate my old accounts. I have the ultima account names, and the emails they are associated with, but not the ultima account password. So I setup mythic master accounts using the old email addresses and on the link page my ultima account name shows, and it says to enter the password (which I don't have.) So I tried to do a password reset for EA account name, but when I enter the email address that seems to just be my master mythic password, and when I go to EA account name and enter my ultima account name it never sends the email to reset that. It seems the only way to change your Ultima Account password is after you link it, which you can't do without the password. I tried emailing for help, got told to call, called got told they don't really handle it you have to email, emailed again and am waiting for a response. I actually happened to remember my old password for one account and was able to get it going, but it seems there is no way to reset the ultima account password for my other accounts. Am I missing something?

Pretty sure you go here https://accounts.eamythic.com/forgotpassword and type in your account name followed by _uo and it will send the reset link to the email address associated with that account.

I tried my accountname_uo and I also tried uo_accountname, and I know 100% the emails and ultima account names that are associated. I fill out the form and it says the reset was sent, and I never get it to the associated emails. No its not in the spam box btw. The only way I've found is to change your ultima account password within your mythic master account, which you can't till you linked, and you need that password to link.

I have the same problem with one account (well its not that important, but just to add to the examples). I am pretty sure, I know the correct password, but it did not work during last RTB and does not work now.
Password reset mails do not arrive (even if the last mail confirming the cancellation years ago went to an still existing mail address).

Don't take offense... but did you check your spam frolder?

I just reset 2 passwords using the above link and it worked for me. After reset I just logged into my EA master account, linked the account_uo mythic name with their new reset passwords, and now they are ready to go. FYI

I had similar issue going when I returned to the game last summer. Emailing support got it sorted within 1-3 days. [email protected]
Suppose they have stopped giving UO specific support between now and then though? I hate it how the skelton crew is losing bone or two on monhtly basis. Reactivating unlinked accounts behind passwords you've forgotten was problematic back then. I wager it has turned extremely difficult now.

The ridiculous EA Account->Mythic Account-Master Account->Link Account->Pick uo_accountname from dropdown list trying to sell you Warhammer and Daoc->Avoid buyign game time to few other obsiolete MMOs - hazzle ensures good portion of people who might want to try returning to UO stop bothering to try to do so. I hate it how activating an account, new or old, is actually a commendable feat to any and all who are not already familar with the insane dysfunctional player hating cluster**** that is their account managment. Good amount of people still really love this game. EA most assuredly does not.

New person simply wanting to try this game out has to deal with account managment that really, really hates him and does not want the said player to get in UO. It is a goddamned Cerberos standing between player and Ultima Online.
