The Mythic Master Account login field is no longer working.. it asks for your email to log in but won't accept the " @ " says entry must be alphanumeric.

Just a heads up.. also posting in "Bugs".

Locked? I've not locked it. Threads in it have to be approved before they're visible, but they can be posted.

i tried that "_uo" in both, recently, didn't work, but, EA at some point in my account fiasco showed Both "acct name_uo" AND "uo_acct name" as seperate accounts (I know because I did a copy/past on every screen in my steps, including Stratics and herald until I got to the end - remember, i have brain damage, and sort term memory loss, so...). Neither worked at any login. Some of the informational steps shown in our "How-To" guide have changed since inception - this includes UOherald too.
IMO, the _uo was the name of the account imported by the migration. They have some serious issues going on, backside. And for those those that have asked in the past, Yes, you can delink associated accounts, don't ask me how tho, but they said I 'did'.

Additionally, some have asked, some wondered, some said WTH, about setting up a "secret word"... The EA Rep here now says said a key can be generated, proving ownership of the account. Marked with a big "-->" and sent to CS, they didn't acknowledge anything towards that end.

One last Rant... For everyone struggling in your account, once in, if you see UO, warhammer, etc buttons across the top, Don't click them, They absolutely have have Nothing to do with your account(s), and have no business even being there. (they simply take you to the general website related to each game, eg. uoherald). A logo is one thing, why not add ALL of the games you might have an account for with this company? What might that be, 50, 60, 100, or maybe some rotating ads for different games? Beyond Dumb.

aahh thats it then I didn't know they had to be approved..

And The Mythic Master Account is supposedly the one you log into to link UO accounts to your EA account.
It tells you to log in using your email and hit "Link Accounts".. But the field will not allow non alphanumeric characters.
Was helping a returnee yesterday and it's pretty difficult to link an account if you can't get to the Master Mythic page where the "Link" feature is.
We did finally get her up and playing though.

Man I haven't seen a 714 in like 30 years... It has been a little quiet lately.
