Mystic/thrower vs wraith thrower

Only pvm, I've played around with mystic thrower,it does quite well at lady mel,and some of the weaker bosses,RC and healing stone seem to be the biggest pro's. But it seems like way to many macros(spell trigger, enchant so I don't have to imbue SC, ) plus I'm running chiv. No healing skill.wraith obviously is toe to toe like sampire. I feel naked without vamp form Lol. Opinions?
