well i run almost same character but have this template :
105 magery (enough for flamestrikes hehe)
115 eval
120 mystic
120 focus
120 music
120 provo
20 necro ( for wraith form, so almost have infinite mana)
40 SS
-----------
760 skill ( i use crystalline ring so thats 40 skills )
When i know that i wont need provo, i switch provo and music for 120 spellweaving and 120 resist.
So you can use almost something like :
115 magery
115 eval
120 mystic
120 focus
120 spellweaving
60 necro ( for wither)
70 SS
------------------------
720 skills ( i recomend you to imbue a bit more necro on jewels for a more efective wither)
About the suit is really easy to make. I use:
- night eyes glasses
- altered spell woven britches (for more sdi)
- mystic guard shield
- mana phasing orb
- wing armor of rejuvenation
- conjurer garb with luck ( or cloak of death or shroud of the condemmed for cheaper choices)
- imbued pieces for all other slots (a bit mr + int + lmc + lrc + hpi)
- jewels with sdi
You must use slayer spellbooks (this is a must) to make this character viable but arent so expensives nowdays.
