Combination of Stat Increase and Mana Increase to get the 135 Mana.

Compo when enchanted = 60 Light/ 40 Velo/ 38 HLD/ Balanced/ 40 SSI/ 5 HCI/ Spell Channeling - 1/ 35 DI (Elemental)
