Mysterious Strangers

I noted that one of the patch notes at the last miniet read:

Mysterious strangers have been sighted in various of the Anti-Virtue Dungeons.

This is the same note that appeared when Black Rock traders where spotted all over haven.

Has anyone spotted and "Strangers" and if so are they trading for cursed robes glass daggers threads of life or black rock??


Ive spent a few hours stealthing around Tram and Fel looking for anything but so far nothing mysterious...
