Mysterious fragments

I am wondering if anyone has gotten a mysterious fragment from a MIB? Is it only treasure maps that have them? There are many who don't have T-hunters, though I do have one, and with the newest publish, it would be quite handy for fishermen to get them too. Thanks for any help on this.

That's so sad. Thank you for the input because I wouldn't have thought of that. I'll just keep digging away so I can get fragments for those who can't do maps.
