My Tower needs a new owner

So I've packed up shop. The tower is gutted and I've essentially moved to my grandfathered small house (once I eventually sort the mountains of trash I've accumulated).

So the opportunity is there for the community. If someone wants it, they can have it. Otherwise I will just drop it and pocket the gold. I hope that should someone take it, they can manage to out-do what I built.

After 8 years of being a public house for people to visit, heaven's gate is officially closed.
