my stats seem locked, what shrine unlocks 'em?

I have gotten no gains in game for a week and I think it happend after I killed a couple of animals in a guarded area.

Wasn't there a shrine that unlocked stats?

You can lock/unlock Karma at a shrine but havent heard of stats being done there.

Be sure you have points available to gain for a stat. I have killed my char before to jump start them again when they seem to be stuck. Remember you only get a stat gain when u get a skill gain so at higher levels of skill your stats will go slower which is why some people use focus and some other skill to see-saw back and forth to gain their stats

Stats are not locked by negative acts, that's karma.
