General my int or Dex or str won't chanhe

Any one face a problem with there Stat points not changing nothing with go up or down in any combination I've try ed for hours

Can you give more information? How much do you have in each stat? Do you have any skills set to go up (even if they're at cap) What activity are you doing to try to move the stat?
