My Greaters - Opinions?

So, Ive been taming greaters like mad for over a week now, and I've found several that I've ended up holding onto. In total, I have around 10 dragons. I am hoping to find an amazing dragon with no major weaknesses, but that task is rather difficult. Either way, for the sake of switching things up a little, I do intend to keep some of my other dragons, even if I find that perfect one.

I'd like opinions on the ones I have. They're all rather decent, in my opinion, but downsizing is daunting. I am hoping to get some opinions on which 3-4 are my best to help me in my downsizing.

To me, skills on a greater mean a great deal. Not every dragon of mine needs to be a perfect resists tank, though I do need at least one that can. I am hoping to have a variety of dragons for various hunts and situations, since I want to have a sort of collection.

I'd kill off Vesta, Leto, Vulcan, Enyo and Helios. Just my choices as they are all low in Physical, which is the most important resist in most circumstances. Ash is low in fire and energy so he goes. The rest are workeable.

If I could pick any one, I'd go with Enyo. Good resists, high wrestle makes me happy.

Glad to hear that. Enyo was my first greater dragon, tamed by a good friend just for me

I'd probably keep him no matter what, for sentimental reasons.

I like Enyo. His score is hurt by the low-ish HP (as the calculator gives priority to HP on g-drags) but I like his combination of max phys resist and a solid magery skill. (Skills are not heavily weighted in the calculator in the overall score, but over time I'm coming to believe that may change for g-drags, as their overall effectiveness really is affected by their max skills).

Demios or Orion would be my second pick. Orion would probably edge out Demios, just because personally I take my g-drags out into fights where I can't stand by and vet-heal, so the extra HP would be my pick.

I'm of the opinion that HP is irrelevant. If the GD's running out of HP in the first place, something's going terribly wrong. High resists / wrestle will keep the HP from getting low, making vet more effective at keeping it alive.

Thank you very much for the thoughts It seems to be popular belief that Enyo, Orion, and Demios are keepers.

I've tamed a few more dragons, whom I will post in a bit. One of them is definitely my best yet, in my opinion.

I have given Leto, Vulcan, and Helios to folks on the shard who were in need of Dragons, and will likely be giving away a few more.

Judging from what you guys have said about my past dragons, I think this one is definitely the best I'll find for a long time. In fact, he'd be pretty close to perfect if he had about 50 more HP

I went looking last night for an hour or two and didn't find a single one that I'd have bothered taming even if it was my first GD.

I think I was rather lucky, since Ive only been farming for about 3 hours per day for 2 weeks.

Seems to take people longer than that more often than not.

And I'm STILL looking for a better one. I think at this point that it's just an addiction Thrill of the chase, if you will.
