My friends acc went inactive, - i gave him a old acc last summer, but now his master mystic is gone.

Last summer I gave a 10 yrs old acc to a friend. We got it transfered, and linked. Now when he try to log in to mystic master acc, it says that acc dont exsist and he cannot log in or retrive password.

What do we do? Send email to [email protected] and [email protected]?

Suggestions???

If you transferred, and then linked the account it should be good, is he using _UO correctly in the mythic master name ?

Yes, he got the acc and paid for it with his master acc. But, now it says his master acc dont excist.
