I have one in trinsic swamps I was waiting to sell to Butters but he's been MIA for a month now. There's no spawn in the front area, some spawn in the back, It can also be moved using the resize function to have a nicer open front and allow a keep next door. ICQ me 91689320 and I can show it to you.
