I moved all my soulstone to my new work shop in Zento and thought i secured them.. but the house was Cardimz house and not Ginsu's house so it did not work. so a hole year shot in the ass.. so pissed at my self. what a NB Mistake...

if any of ya can help me out... i could relay sue it now

Well, look at it this way, most of the skills lost are Skills that can be easily trained with Alacrity Scrolls and Dont exceed 100 Cap. (And with Rot Cap being removed I've gone from 80 to 120 in.. 2 Days.. Something like that)

I just checked Terry's vendor at my shop. He has a carpentry alacrity and 2 lockpick SoTs on it atm.

Well I really don't know what to say. I feel like blaming someone. LOL
but it's all me.
Doing all them skills over again don't bug me as much as all them soulstones.
I am so so happy like Fudd said. I have Imbuing i also have tailoring and arms lore.
So i can still stock my vendors at Zeb's and my vendor place.
i just can't stock Gargoyle suits.. but there not a big seller any ways.

I guess today about noon EST. I'll get me some soulstones and start again.

How awful, especially for an active crafter! If only UO GMs could determine lost items and properly restore them.

I have already given away my spare full soulstone tokens, but I do have 10 of the old 5-use soulstone fragments, if it would help until you can obtain sufficient full soulstone replacements for your lost skills. I am closing up my last account in the next couple of weeks but QZ has access to my house and could get them for you.

I can also claim a red full soulstone token on my still active character via vet rewards, if it would help.

Any soulstone fragments and soulstones will help.
if i can get my alchemy on a stone.
then that will leave a spot open to start training..
i'm thinking that tinkering will be the skill i do first.
it is one of the things that a crafter needs to survive

No, it isn't...the token is just like any other soulstone token, and can be used by anyone, then the stone is bound to their char. At least that is the way it used to be.

@Ginsu: I will put the soulstone fragments and vet reward soulstone token in a bag in a convenient place on the first floor of my house, and hopefully QZ can get them for you. It will probably be tomorrow before I can arrange this.

Unfortunately red soul stones do not come in token form. Ill see what I have Ginsu and let ya know. Sorry to hear about your loss I know i would probably give up if i had to do it all again. Glad to see you didn't!

D'oh! It seems tjalle is right - the vet reward gave me a soulstone not a token for one. It has been a very long time since I actively played, but I thought for certain I had claimed red soulstones as tokens and given them to one of my chars on another account. Did they change it or did I just remember incorrectly?

At any rate, I can't offer you a full soulstone it seems after all, but you are still welcome to the 5-use fragments.

LOL!! In the process of cleaning out my pack, what did I discover in the bottom, but a token for a green soulstone! So...I put that in a box with the fragment tokens and sent QZ a PM to let her know where they are in my house.

LOL...Gargoyle, my old friend. The backpack by the teleporters is filled with plain gems from his visits. And alas, Kestrel has to hide from the neighbors too, and it is all I can do to keep her stupid delusional pack llama from rushing to her "defense". I do miss Skylark's vet skill which cleaned up many a sad little llama corpse, and her Blackberry Cobbler (rune beetle) who spent 99% of his days napping, and 1% on Reaper/Gargoyle/Wisp duty in my neighborhood.

Yes, QZ you may certainly have the old Ginsu marked benches from my house (and they were in fact made by Cliff's char, not our current Ginsu). I put them in the same box that the tokens were in on the first floor. I will make certain to unlock things of that sort before I close the account, and put them in containers so you can have access to them.

I had to make some hard choices on what to keep, since I was a total packrat for years, and can now only put 125 items each in the bank and my pack, and a chunk of that space went to storing the soulstones for all 3 of my chars. I didn't really pack anything up from my house when I closed my other accounts and Castor closed both of his so now I am dealing with stuffing what I can into the one char's bank/pack.

Recently I made a quick pass over my house and took a small sampling of crafted items that meant something to me, such as those with the crafter labels of Sevi, Ginsu, Wulf, Subishi, Blind Otto, and a special decorated cake you made for me, for example, but I am going to have to say farewell to most of my treasures, the bulk of which won't be of much interest to IDOCers.

I used another vet reward and claimed a commodity deed box to make it easier to transfer the resources.
