My Avatar deleted?

Hi,
I played a long time TSO and now,
I heard about EA-Land and started to download the client.
Today I wanted to Login and what I have seen?
All my characters were deleted, all my objects away !
.
What happend? Are the avatars deleted because of EA-Land?

Pls help

If your account was not paid for 90 days than EA/Maxis deleted your account. In essence you have to start over. But luckily with the Amnesty Program about to start you will get all your skill locks and anniversary gifts that your sim is entitled to.

Im entitled with 1059 days, but there are no anniversary gifts in my inventory.
Do I have to do something to get them?

Nope. Just wait for Amnesty to run and you will receive your anniversary gifts and skill locks for you your entitlement age.
