I have hunted since then and yes, they still drop.
Any place that has golems, Blackthorn Juggernauts, or betrayers will do. The place that fits all those categories is Central Ilshenar, in Blackthorn Keep (near the Compassion side entrance to the center).
The main keep has all 3, but a heaping helping of controllers and Juka. Take a couple people to (I think) the 3rd floor, and just start dropping EVs. You may need to open a few doors, as the juggs and the golems can't.
There's an annex/guard tower off the south end of the keep, connected by a bridge on the 3rd level. IT has 3 golems, 6 controllers, and anything that might have wandered across the bridge from the main keep (rare, but possible). The smaller area makes it a bit more difficult to keep the controllers off you (higher monster density, and the floors are easily traveled between, unlike the main keep), unless you take steps which are of questionable legality to temporarily thin their population. However 3 people should be able to knock the stuff down, and loot the golems (best to be partied, and in a trustworthy party, for that, to insure full looting). Be prepared to rull like hell from the small tower, if a paragon golem spawns, and the party regroup outside to fight it away from the tower.
