Hello to the world of Ultima Online. My name is Mr Nice, those of you who dont play Atlantic proble dont know me very well, but those who do im sure i have some friends, and maybe some enemies out there. Today I have come to talk with you about some of the good idea's ive seen on these forums, as well as some of my own idea's for you, the people, to judge.

1. Allowing people to purchase max house storage on small sized houses.
- Some aspects of the houseing system in UO do need to get looked at. The prices on base UO houses has remained unchanged since 1999 (?). Back then, sure, maybe 800k was alot of money but now its not, I am always giving away 1 mil to new players. UO needs more gold sinks, and i think allowing people to purchase max storage on a 8x8 for a DECENT amount of gold (none of this 100k - 2 mil stuff) and then now allowing it to transfer when someone sell's the house is a great idea. Maybe give the new owner a 7 days grace period if the house comes packed with stuff to eather, purchase the upgrade, or download stuff out of the house.

2. Rune books max charged being set to a number alot higher then 20.

3. I own a luna vendor house on Atlantic, every now and then you get that one guy who likes to place a vendor only to try to sell scam items, would be nice if us house owners had a way to fight back. Yes, obviously cancel the contract but the player would still have, at a max, 7 days to rip people off. Would be nice if we, the house owners, could maybe toggle the vendor somehow threw the menu to hue itsself red as a warning to other players that the house owner veiws this vendor as a threat, then the owner could also untoggle it once the issue is resolved.

No increase to storage on small plots. I didn't buy a castle just so someone with a 8x8 can have the same storage space, get a castle or live without the storage; either that or bump castle storage up as well ;). 10k lockdowns sounds good to me :p.

If smaller plots end up with the same storage as castles; good bye castle hello custom 18x18. I rather castle plots be allowed to be custom if other custom plots get the same storage.

So,

1.) Castles keep higher storage then any other plot.

or

2.) Castles become customizable plots if smaller plots get the same storage space.

Yes to the other 2 ideas. 1k runebook charges; Flagging a vendor is also a good idea.

I like Idea 2 & 3

Storage should be max no matter what size plot so I agree with that. The Castle Elite's should have nothing to complain about. IMHO a majority of Castle Owners get Castles because they are a rare possession and the storage is a nice benefit. Let it continue to be that.
