Does anyone know for sure if your accuracy is reduced with moving shot? If so, how much and can you conpensate with additional hit chance increase?

Moving Shot

Although the "write up" on the special says that the accuracy is reduced I did a little testing last night for you... I was shooting ogrelords with 120 archery... on regular swings I hit 7 out of 10 shots... on moving shots I hit 8 out f 10 so unless I did this as an average of killing 30 ogrelords 15 just "pure shot" 15 moving shot.
certainly doesn't seem to me that it reduces accuracy... its very handy though... very handy... more so for PvP i would assume but in PVM it has its uses too.
