Move Command question/request

Does anyone know how to make this command work for Escorts (that give compassion).

If escorts are not part of this command can they please be added! or perhaps a 5 second time out after they enter a gate before they can give the completion message.

I still don't understand why they can't just make the NPC's disappear immediately upon arriving at the destination.

...and the command sometimes work...
Sometimes the NPC's stand there and do nothing. Sometimes they move away from me. Most of the time they actually spam "Sorry? (or 'Pardon?' or 'What?' or something like that)" until I give up.

Why not mark a rune just outside city limits?

this command along with what time is it and where is the blacksmith only work on town spawned npc that are inhabbitants.
