Mouse Icon

I recently reloaded the game (classic client) and can't remember what this icon does:

If you double click it, it turns into the clockwise arrow symbol and then the display icon like on the options menu. I'm guessing it has to do with options but I cannot get it to do anything. I'm curious, it's really bugging me. If anyone knows.

[Fogsbane]

This is the "Item Properties Display Mode".

It changes how properties are shown for an item you mouse over or click on - depending on your setting.

Available setting selections are =
At Icon, Always Up, Follow Mouse, Single Click

This is also available to be changed via options ("Interface") settings (scroll down).
