Ok so i saw a person with a GD (or what i thought was a GD) and he was mounted? Is this possible?

Naw, not possible. Were you in 3d? Could have been a reptilian or a swampy.

If you see him again, post a picture and I can tell you for sure what it is.

most likely just a 3 slot dragon, they look exactly the same as greaters.

Oh, I misread your post. I thought you saw someone mounted on a dragon ("I saw a person with a GD...and he was mounted.) lol.

Yeah, was a regular dragon.

Well i would have but he shot past me at light speed which is why i was so confused...
