[Price Check] & most likely selling 30% splintering hatchet

Can anyone give me an honest opinion if the hatchet in the attached pic is worth anything? Recently returned to the game so I'm still figuring things out but it looks decent with 30% splintering and mana leech with AI/disarm specials.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
