More than 50 mana leech on a bow?

Is it possible? Has anybody seen the new loot with more than 50 mana leech on a bow?
I asked this over on the warrior forum and haven't gotten a response, so please pardon me asking here.

its capped at 50, but the hidden cap is 70. So you will never see 70 or be able to utilize the full 70, but you can reforge for it and when 30ssi is imbued it will remain at 50. I hope that makes sense. Simple answer is no there will never appear to be more than 50 mana leech on a bow.
