I had this happen with a Val hammer bout a week ago. I was able to imbue a mod on it.

No nothing is wrong I've burned 1000's of barbed charges..it's just crappy RNG

Yeah its kinda annoying. You spend hours/weeks/months even training up a "crafter" then what he can craft is all down to random luck.....(im talking about reforging of course).

Has anyone had any luck getting 150 luck on leather with a horned kit or 150 luck with a copper hammer since the new publish?

I've gotten 150 luck doing garg jewls 190 shield and wep..but I haven't tried horned. It seems too expensive to burn for the extra 100-200 luck imo just for higher passive mana Regen on a bard

Yeah, i've gotten 150 Luck with Copper and horned. Definitely Changed from a 1/100 Chance to about a 1/20.

I've been reforging since the beginning. typically I'll burn 100 barbed kits on each piece of Armor and wind up with 4-5 Usable MR, LMC, Stam 10, Mana, SR, Pieces.

I have Never Seen a 4 Mod piece with only 370% Imbuing Intensity.
