more questions on bannable items?

Hi, I recently posted an item I was curious about on another forum. I was told to delete the tiles they are bannable. could I get some reassurance on this matter?? I also put a pictures of a winch, which I believe is an exploit of some kind. I have 2 of these, 1 is shadow iron black, and the other is as shown. I thaught they were neat items to have. I baught them of a guy from atl. I put both of them in my house and was hoping to open my place up to the public. can I be banned for thaving these items? I have a growing collection of rares in my house. I don't wan't to take any risks by foolishly having exploits in my house.

Both winches are part of a current bug. While the action of creating them might be bannable, I do not believe possession is. Other similarly made items such as the green arrows, fishing weights, orange feathers are common sights in many homes.

The water tile however will be deleted on sight and might be bannable for merely having it. It's been on the banned items list for awhile and it would be smart if you got rid of it immediately.

Simply put, what is wrong with you? Sheesh. The rares community has more imput on just about every item in game and they flat out told you they are illegal to own and you question it? Did you see a rush of rares collector's offering to buy them from you? NO. Again, yes they are illegal to own.

Keep it! Its like youre a UO drug smuggler. If you ever need to move it from house to house may I suggest cutting open a llama and wedging inside its peritoneum.
