It's "free to play" but brings in $2.1 million a day from a very small percentage of the players with money to blow and egos to stoke. One study found that just 0.2 percent of players make 48 percent of all the purchases in these games. So the game companies need more gamers to keep the worlds alive so the whales can keep spending
