I had to say yes to see what would happen. I got a glass dagger. He told me to hold on to it until I find a place to use it.. some kind of clue i guess.

Moonglow where the rift was.. the gate is gone its lightning bolts now.. it takes you in a room with a guy giving you an option to join or not..

No.. it has something to do with the event that is going on.. Its the shadowlords that were there when the event first started.

The Ultima games had glass swords I believe. I think they were a special item that instantly killed one creature, one use only. But I'm not sure about that.

What shard is this? On Pac the rift is gone and there is lightning, but no room or anything like that. What did you do to get there?

I noticed, if someone is in the room you have to wait until they leave. Just walk up to the lightning and you will be teleported into the room. You cant move or speak while in there. Except when he ask if you believe in faith and when he ask if you want to join the shadowlords. If you say yes, you get a glass dagger. If you say no, you get teleported outside and there is a countdown that shows above your head.. when it hits 0 you die lol.. you dont lose your items on your body. just get rezd and come get your things.

By Ultima standards, Glass weapons do a fair bit of damage when they strike, and shatter once that contact has been made. The damage is being caused by the shards of glass becoming embedded in the atackee's flesh.

ok I am at a lost, if you accept, you get a dagger, and then what? Who are you to fight or kill? If you accept does that mean you cannot attack the shadowlords?
I joined up with the SL too. Got my sweet goodie good killing dagger, and a fortune, that of the tower card.
That probably means that because I am thier favored servant the shadowlords will give me a sweet new piece of evil real estate, to reign my evil down upon the masses from.

Something i noticed when doing this . . .
the first time i accepted my tarrot card had XXI (21) and a picture of the world below
the second time the 3 was XVI (16) and a picture of a tower
just figured that was a clue for something

To my knowing that´s one of the worse cards you can draw when asking the tarot.
