Monster's Parrying

I had suddenly have an idea about monster's parrying mechanism.
They lose chance of parrying with low stamina.

So I test with my Dinosaur pet in TC. His stamina is 150, his parrying is 105.
parrying / parrying + hits
Stamina 150:
20/100, 24/100, 22/100
Stamina 0:
7/100, 3/100, 1/100

The result seems obvious but number of trials is not enough. Additional test are welcome.
