I would like to know roughly in order what you should start killing from Miasma onward

Personaly I can kill a miasma like cake and a balron gives me trouble but i can kill him with out jousting most of the time.

*my largest problem i know is my wepons Ornate with 60 ML 1 FC 30 SSI 47 DCI, And Soul Seeker, Ocasionaly a Twinkling with HSL, HML, HLL all over 37
But iv made my self poor making twinklings and heavy ornates the gems are expensive never mind the bronze runics*

You should still be able to take them down without a slayer. A para balron is close to what Dreadhorn is, which doesn't have a slayer other than the Pixie Swatter, which won't do you much good against it. You really need to be able to take down the balron without if you plan on moving up from there.

Not certain where they would fit to Connor's list but for a challenging fight try the Doom Guantlet room bosses. Never managed to do the Dark Father on my own but enjoy the rooms guardians

You can kill a paragon balron with a soulseeker easily :)

What about Dreadhorn? Assuming the usual template substituting Anat for Resist, would a soul seeker be effective or a mace weapon (to substitute for the lost Anat in damages) with just HML, HSL, and SSI. Is HLL a necessity?

Yes, it would, and has been proven right here.

Is HLL a necessity?
Not at all, on any Sampire weapon.

I love using Soulseeker to solo dreadhorn. Its great. You never drop below max swing speed and once you've built up perfection the damage is consistantly really good.

I used to use an "Axe" which had high HLD, HML, HLL, HSL and SSI30 for soloing dreadhorn, i thought it was pretty uber until i tried the Soulseeker as a test. I actually found myself finishing alot quicker and getting into far less trouble despite the reduced damage output, just because its so damn fast.

I do however, find it really tough going up against a para cu with soulseeker, my axe seems to work a hell of a lot better for that.

Okay, I tried the paragon cu sidhe. I got it down to about 3/4 health, so not much, then I died. I had ate one of the rose of trinsic petals. I also had to use some healing potions once in awhile. When he made that "bite" sound, 3/4 of my life went away or so it seemed like. I had 120 HP.

I was using a soul seeker, and my template is 120 bush, sword, parry, 100 tactics, 99 necro, 60 chiv, and 100 Anat (didn't substitute resist). I guess underestimated what Mistura said about finding it tough against the para cu with a soul seeker.

Any tips? Should I be stacking on potions? Also, maybe i should use my leafblade instead and go with feint.

In fighting anything that does more than half your life with one shot, including paragon cu sidhe, paragon balron, Putrefier, the Bone Demon in Doom or Paroxysmus, you really need to have alternative healing methods available, such as confidence and/or potions.

Also, when fighting a cu sidhe, remember that their highest resist is against cold and energy, making soul seeker about the worst weapon you can use against them. Darkened sky and wind's edge are also pretty bad weapons against them.

Another thing you can do is use a weapon like a bokuto which gives you the feint special, reducing the damage from a single target, making it easier to heal past the intense damage they deal.
