Oh ye spot is safe btw.

I was looking for ya yesterday to tell ya YOUR spot no longer will take placing any homes. Well ya never know what with them redoing city loyalties etc. what they are up to.

Your same spot became empty post idoc on Chesapeake. When I tried to place there it kept telling me housing was NOT permitted there anywhere I tried to place got same bs msg. Figured ok the gods are changing this maybe the Mongbat Ranch might be in trouble.

Meh..it is a 2D glitch so I was told over there, that if ya do not stand in said sweet spot your spot on any shard will give that weirdo msg.



It did place after I stood in the almighty appointed sweet spot for anyone to place there on any shards !

Well ya never know what the gods will do to our lands, they messed em up, and or rearranged and or destroyed em, before, they may do so again !
