what monsters spawn them?
im only aware of peerless bosses,miasma and swoop are there more? i was told "named" monsters but never had any from say grobu,coil, or szavetra

bedlam baddies & swoop off the top of my head and any paragon in ilsh has a chance to drop one in your pack

The named monsters in Bedlam and the Twisted Wield all drop them... Even the putrifier in Parox Lair can drop them.

Named mini bosses from about all peerless can drop, not sure about shimmering's key droppers though. Coil in both the abyss and blighted grove drops them, ive gotten ML marties off the Sentinel Spider in underworld as well.

Thrasher in Mels grove is my favorite because he doesnt use magic on me. Killer armor ignore though.

And then on the right side there are named monsters....most of those will drop them except the ones that say new....except for Szavetra - But that's a pain as she's surrounded by succubi.

Also, note that it's a chance, which basically equates to a roll from the RNG dice gods of UO. You should sacrifice everything you can to them in the hopes of appeasing them so that they'll roll favourably and drop that item in your pack.

I've killed a few hundred Chikkihas and got nothing of any note from him at all.

Is that the toothed rat? Rats get no love. And there id another, a rat you have to lead out front. He's broken and there is a ring quest of some kind that is broken. Whoever had that area of ML when they were working on it was nappin'!

Yes that's Lenley the Snitch. I can never get him out the front anyway he gets clomped by the crazy spawn in there.
