My basic goal is to have one, giant collection of "stable" skins and mods, and an installer of some sort that people can use to pick and choose what they want. I want somebody with no coding knowledge to run one simple process and end up with the exact skin they want.
I don't want people to have to go to Lucitus' site and get his skin, then download Copper Enhanced from the Modders Exchange, install both, delete something from the Copper Enhanced skin, then copy 7 files from Lucitus' skin (making sure they get to exactly the right spot), then download an extra mod from the Modders Exchange and add it to exactly the right directory, and then open a Lua file and make changes to line 247, and then...

My problem is I'm spending an average of about 4 hours a month on UO right now, and don't expect that to change very much.
